Atlas Residential UK, the management company behind Anaconda Cut, enlisted Airangel to provide enhanced resident engagement in their high-quality amenity spaces. These include a gym, outdoor terrace, cinema room, co-working space, Outdoor ‘Sky’ Terrace and Sky Lounge restaurant.
Airangel & Hyperoptic have partnered on deploying a WiFi solution that covers all residential units with high-speed internet, plus cover all public amenity, working, and outdoor spaces for residents, staff and guests. A simple Login Portal gates the free WiFi access for all users, allowing Atlas Residential to derive an email address & phone number to supplement their ongoing marketing materials.
For residents, they will make use of Airangel’s ‘Roaming’ functionality, and automatically connect to the other WiFi networks within the building and having no need to log back in. This will allow residents to begin a wifi-enabled call (WhatsApp or Skype for example) in the co-working space and remain connected throughout their journey and up into the Sky Terrace, where they can grab a beverage at the end of a long day.
Airangel’s PAN (Personal Area Network) technology also allows the ability to segregate the technological requirement for each location/amenity for Atlas – For example, the co-working area could have a larger amount of bandwidth than the lounge area. You could also add paid ‘service tiers’ to each location, allowing Atlas Residential to have charge for meeting rooms internet access if required or time the length of internet access allowed per booking.
