This integration will allow Hotel Superhero customers, like Accor and Treebo, to take advantage of Captivnet’s Property Management System (PMS) integration capabilities.
With the integration active, guests can connect quickly to the WiFi network using their room number and surname, meeting the strict identity requirements in the region. By using the Captivnet rules engine loyal Hotel Superhero guests can be granted access to a faster WiFi service, ensuring that, they’ll be given the best Wi-Fi experience in the hotel friction-free.
Users of Captivnet can also leverage triggered messages and emails to target PMS users, this can be a great way to ensure your loyal guests feel appreciated and could encourage repeat visits.
