At Airangel our employees and customers remain our top priorities as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our thoughts go out to all who have been impacted. We hope you are safe, well and are taking the necessary precautions.

 

Our mission is to ensure that Airangel services continue as normal. We have been following our plans to ensure the safety of our global teams and business continuity. We have switched to home working where possible and are able to support all our customers, partners & platforms with no anticipated disruptions.

 

However during this extraordinary time and unprecedented situation, in order that Airangel can continue to provide the quality of service our customers expect, we have made the decision to temporarily reduce some staff working hours. Please be assured that we maintain cover across all key functions of the business, and have the flexibility to ensure that as restrictions are lifted, we can rapidly return to full capacity.

 

Our managed service deployments will proceed where possible we are also working with all third parties in our supply chain to ensure all business continuity plans remain current. We will be keeping a close eye on the situation as it evolves and update individual customers where active projects are impacted.
