The Resident Journey

Your residents are started on their journey as soon as they’re enrolled into the Resident Operations Console. They will be sent their welcome email the day before the move in and, providing they’ve purchased a package, will immediately have internet access when they arrive.

Upon committing to a Residential rental stay, users are greeted by an automated email and presented with the venue’s subscription options.

Account Creation

After choosing to purchase a package, the user will be taken to the Residential Subscription Hub for account creation.

Step 3

Subscription Selection

Residents are then encouraged to purchase a package that best suits their needs.

Step 4

Subscription Purchase

Residents can pay for their package via Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or via PayPal.

Once a subscription has been purchased, the new Resident will receive a Connection Email, outlining the apartment network name and the passkey they will use to access it.

It works just like the resident expects, they can connect as many devices as they like with the same password, no need to seek out mac addresses or type them into web portals like some other legacy solutions.

We work with payment providers to ensure your Resident’s ongoing subscription and billing management is robust, secure and accessible. All you need is a merchant account with one of our chosen providers and you’re ready to start taking payments. Our chosen payment providers allow your Residents to choose how they want to pay. Whether that be via Credit/Debit card or 3rd party applications such as ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.

We currenty work with Braintree, with PayPal, and other providers, coming in the near future.
